Kaya and Dad made a trip up to Logan for Fathers Day weekend to spend some extra time together and see "Bob" (as Kaya calls Dad's Dad). Dad's Grandpa Capener also came up for dinner so there were 3 generations of fathers there. Pretty neato.
Kaya of course, was extra sweet, spending time playing with her animal figurines, jumping on the trampoline, looking at the beehives in the back yard, and having pretend tea parties at the table before dinner.
Daddy of course, was beaming with a full heart to be able to be Kaya's father - a massive honor & joy. Even with the mixed emotions that come with single fatherhood, there was no way to picture it any sweeter than just to have that sweet little love in his life.
Happy (belated) Fathers Day to all Dads out there. I never knew just how incredible fatherhood would be.
