After a recent round of birthday and Christmas gifts, Kaya's been gifted with an overload of dress-up materials at Daddy's house to help her find the perfect look for her "Berformances."
Many an evening has gone just like this : Kaya dresses up, has Daddy & Rachie & Boomer & Mr. Mister (the cat) all sit down on the couch and get ready for the berformance. Then there's usually an announcement made from the other room by a tiny voice that instructs everyone to clap. After that, Kaya emerges, grinning ear to ear, usually without much of a game plan and a mild case of stage fright, but smiling all the same. After a little coaxing, she unwinds and does anything from great little dances, to just nervously shuffling her feet while we clap. It's really quite hilarious, and oh so cute.
